A deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid prior to the tour date as specified in your booking confirmation.
We reserve the right to alter the itinerary due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to provide a comparable alternative.
We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the tour, except where caused by our gross negligence.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
