Cancellation Policy
All cancellations are to be communicated in written & charges will be levied as follows:
60 days or more prior to departure of the tour, 0% cancellation charge.
60 days to 30 days to departure of the tour, 25% cancellation charge.
30 days to 15 days to departure of the tour, 50% Cancellation charge.
15 days to 07 days to departure of the tour, 75% Cancellation charge.
Less than 07 days to departure of the tour, 100% Cancellation charge.
Cancellation charges are calculated on total package cost & not on advance amount received.
In some cases, if we are not holding the amount i.e. we have transferred the amount further to service providers, then cancellation charges may be different & will vary case to case.
In exceptional cases like Instant death company can refund the advance payment amount but after deducting its necessary service charges* (death certificate will be needed for the same)
